BLAH BLAH BLAH

Today was a good day.
It started with two hours of surfing.  The waves were small, beginner friendly, and yes, I even caught some!  And there may even be photographic proof!  Fingers are crossed when I stop by to see James tomorrow.
Then 3.5 hours teaching private (!!) yoga lessons.  My first lesson ended with a sunshower as my students were lying in savasana (corpse pose; final relaxation).  Samadhi bliss.
We will not discuss the nutella lunch haze.
An hour of sunset surf - admittedly slightly less thrilling due to swimsuit malfunctions.  Well, less thrilling for me anyway.  Har.
Self cooked dinner of garlicky soy saucy broccoli, green beans, and carrots over brown rice.  I have been eating like C-R-A-P lately (see bullet 3) and I realized that it’s because I’ve been equating preparing meals with chores.  I have not been seeing it as an opportunity to nourish and love myself.  Flipped my head, meditated as I was chop-chop-chopping broccoli (Dana Carvey, anyone?) and all is right again.
Today is one of those days where I cannot believe this is my life. Now only if Hulu was allowed to broadcast in Costa Rica…
It’s only 7:30 here, and I am already thinking bed.
Peace mofos.
